1989 National TQM Symposium
In November 1989, I presented a paper at the First National Total Quality Management Symposium sponsored by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) in Denver Colorado entitled:
Implementing TQM in the Air Force's Space Based Interceptor Program Office
The presentation was part of a panel on TQM on a Development Space Program - Space Based Interceptor, along with engineering mamagers from Martin-Marietta and Rockwell International.
The process involved submitting the paper and getting it approved and then making the presentation.
